Program description
Menushki is a console menu converter and editor for the varieties of Window Managers.
Currently it works with menus of:
- WindowMaker
- KDE
- Gnome
- BlackBox
- Enlightenment
- IceWM

- 15 November 2001: version 1.0
Changes: Bug with WindowMaker menus in separate files failing to open is fixed. Source menu is chosen in a file browser.
- 17 September 2001: version 0.9
Changes: Formatting of resulting files with spaces.
The following bugs have been fixed: disappearing exit and restart entries in BlackBox menu; lost brackets in names; lost exec parameters in IceWM; wrong filename extensions in Gnome; in Gnome and KDE removed items were still there.
- 11 September 2001: version 0.8
Changes: Basic features of menu editor (changing properties, adding and removing items, saving the tree) are implemented.
- 8 September 2001: version 0.7
Changes: Changes: several bugs when compiling under FreeBSD are fixed.
Interface for menu editor is implemented.
- 8 August 2001: version 0.6
Changes: Now can work with Enlightenment menus.
- 7 August 2001: version 0.5
Changes: New interface, based on ktools library by Konstantin Klyagin (already included in the package).
Source code has been moved from C to C++.
Error handling is completely reworked.
- 13 July 2001: Version 0.4
Changes: Now can work with BlackBox menu.
Licensing notice included in every file.
- 7 July 2001: Version 0.3
Changes: Now can work with GNOME menu and convert from IceWM as well as to it.
Instructions on what do to next are printed on exit.
- 4 July 2001: Version 0.2
Changes: interpretation of // comments in WindowMaker files.
Temporary file is created via tmpfile function.
Now can convert to IceWM.
Some code optimization is made.
